Developing the property in Chiangmai to characterize the heritage of Thai Northern culture. To outstanding from the fast growing of the city, the owners highly respected the original tradition. Concept of "Kad", a traditional market and the way of traditional Chiangmai living was accentuated in the project. Opened basement, wooden architectural details and local materials were promoted all over the property.
